Straight Talk on Men’s Health

Welcome to TricountyUrology.org — a men's health resource that skips the clinical jargon and gives you clear, research-backed information about the stuff most guys don't want to Google at work.

Prostate concerns. ED. Testosterone. Weight management. Urinary issues. Supplements that promise the world. Telehealth platforms that want your credit card. We cover all of it — honestly, directly, and without making you feel like you're reading a medical textbook.

You're here because something's bothering you and you want real answers. Good. That's exactly what this site is for.

What We Cover

The Basics
Foundational men's health topics explained in plain language. What's actually going on with your prostate after 40. Why your testosterone matters (and when it doesn't). What ED really is and isn't. The urinary symptoms you're probably ignoring. We break it down without the panic or the patronizing.

Product Intel
There's no shortage of supplements, telehealth platforms, and “male enhancement” products targeting men. Most of them oversell and underdeliver. We dig into the ingredients, check the research, and tell you what's actually worth your money — and what's just clever marketing aimed at your insecurities.

How We're Different

We talk like normal people. You won't find phrases like “optimizing androgenic pathways” here. If your pee stream is weak, we'll say your pee stream is weak. Then we'll explain why and what the research says about your options.

We follow the evidence. Every product we cover gets the same treatment: we look at what's in it, what the studies say about those ingredients, and whether the dose on the label matches what was actually tested. When the evidence is solid, we say so. When it's thin, we say that too.

We don't pretend to be doctors. We're health writers who specialize in men's health topics. We read the research and translate it into language that makes sense. But we're not urologists, and we'll never pretend to be. When something needs a doctor's opinion, we tell you to get one.

We're upfront about money. Some links on this site earn us a commission if you buy something. That fact never changes what we write. Details on our How This Site Works page.

A Couple Things to Know

If you have a urological concern — especially anything involving pain, blood in your urine, or sudden changes — see a urologist. Not a website.

This is not affiliated with any urology practice. This domain was previously used by a urology practice. That practice is not connected to this website. If you're looking for a urologist, ask your primary care doctor for a referral.
